What Happens Next?

After you complete the form on this page, a patient care specialist will pre-screen you free of charge to determine if you may qualify for medical marijuana treatment in Florida. We’ll then schedule an appointment with one of our qualifying physicians. If our physician determines you qualify, they will enter you into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, so the Florida Department of Health can issue you a certification. How do I qualify for medical marijuana?

Where is CannaMD located?

Are you REAL doctors?

Yes! Our physicians are state-licensed MDs and DOs just like any other doctor you might visit. However, our physicians went through additional training in order to be able to legally recommend medical marijuana to patients, as mandated by Florida state law.

How often do I have to renew?

Florida law requires patients to complete a renewal appointment every 210 days in order to keep their medical marijuana card active. We charge $189 for this renewal appointment. However, CannaMD is happy to extend a 10% discount to all veterans and active duty service members.
