October 2021: CannaMD participated as recruitment site in a University of Florida (UF) study on the short and long-term effects of medical marijuana as it relates to pain. The study, conducted through UF’s College of Public Health and Health Professions and College of Medicine, was led by Department of Epidemiology Assistant Professor, Yan Wang, PhD. May 2022: While multiple peer-reviewed studies have established the efficacy of medical marijuana in treating anxiety, far less is known about the specific ratio of cannabinoids that works best to alleviate anxiety symptoms. A new study – led by Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), Releaf App, and CannaMD – aims to shed light on the subject.
